POE & her music in film

Any one know if POE has been picked up with in the film bizz, with her music ? Their are a lot of movies & sitcoms out there that should have her music in there, maybe if nothing else they would be sampling some of her songs for their show ..Pleaset me know !

The song "Hello" is the end title of a trippy Kevin Bacon movie called "Stir of Echos".  The writer/director said he created the whole movie while playing "Hello" on loop.   "Fly Away" is played in a great little movie called "Music from Another Room" with Jude Law.  "Hey Pretty" is played during an episode of "The Wire" (Brilliant series!!) "Haunted" turns up also in the video game Alan Wake (Awesome game!!)  and an early version of "Control" (which many of us--including Poe!--like better than the album version) plays in the Activism game "Apocalypse" hmmmm.....if I think of more I'll let you know...oh in "Anywhere but Here"  with Natalie Portman, Poe sings through out the film over Danny Elfman's score.

right on foster thanks for the info! the movie credits i heard haunted on def wasnt blair witch 2 though. it was some random movie on a cable and its killing me i cant remember....i was kinda drunk at the time haha

Haunted was used in the ending credits of Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2 movie. Poe was also on the Great Expectations soundtrack with the song Today and the Anywhere But Here soundtrack with the song Strange Wind.  In the movie Gossip you can see Poe preform My Lips Are Sealed (her version of Our Lips Are Sealed).  And her song Hey Pretty was used in a Ford Commercial as well.

Also, no music, but Poe was mentioned in the movie Panic Room.  And In the movie 10 Things I hate about you one of the characters has a Poe sticker on her binder. :)

Wow thank you for getting back, i new Poe had something going on within the movie bizz..Never thought about the gameing world, as i am not a gamer, no time...But when the you remember, which movie it was, please please let me know...And thank you bunches...ttul..

dammit i just heard haunted in the credits of a movie i watched recently but for the life of me i cant remember what movie. it was like the second song played. yea i'm weird like that and watch credits its the only reason i caught it. lol. let me think about it. anyway, if your a gamer, haunted was in the game Alan Wake and went PERFECT with the scene it was used with and the overall vibe of the game. i was pumped and actually jumped up off the couch and yelled YES!!! when the song started haha
